Lesson plans VS. Learning Plan
Lesson plans are great to help inform your teaching, and help you to see the goal of your lesson for your entire class. It can help you to have a better flow, time management wise it can help you stay on track. Where as a learning plan helps individual students in their needs. Ím thinking it is like an ILP Individual Learning plan, where goals are made for a student based on their abilities and needs. During my practicum my mentor teacher started handwriting, which the whole class enjoyed but the reason she did it was to help a couple of students who were needing to practice their fine motor skills I believe this is an example of a learning plan.
